BACKGROUND
Scatec Solar Solutions Malaysia is the EPC Contractor for the RedSol Power Project in Perak, Malaysia. The project entails the construction and operation of a 45.5 MW AC grid-connected Solar Photovoltaic Plant.
The HV Scope of work includes 33 kV MV switching station, a 33/132 kV step-up substation, 33 kV SPP interconnector, a 200m 132 kV underground cable and the132 kV Bukit Merah Substation which includes the extension of the substation and construction of a new line bay.
2 SCOPE OF SERVICES
The scope of services as understood by TAP is:
2.1 On-site 33 kV MV switchgear station
• Conceptual design;
• Technical specifications;
• Tender support and design review until as-built;
• QITP approval.
2.2 6 km 33 kV SPP Interconnector
• Tender support and design review until as-built.
2.3 A new-build 33/132 kV step-up substation
• Conceptual design;
• Technical specifications;
• Tender support and design review until as-built;
• QITP approval.
2.4 A ±200m 132 kV underground interconnection line
• Conceptual design;
• Technical specifications;
• Tender support and design review until as-built;
• QITP approval.
2.5 The modification and upgrade of the existing TNB substation (Bukit Merah)
