Our service offering is supported by three core business units namely Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering), Project Management and Site-Resource Business Units.

These units are supported by a team of dedicated service departments, namely Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management and Information Technology. In terms of systems, our business is supported by a world class ERP system and all engineering software required in this competitive market. Trans-Africa Projects’ senior management team is hands-on and consistently guides and develops our valuable resources. Staff retention is a high priority and therefore, the development and implementation of a total reward strategy are high on the agenda.

The Trans-Africa Projects In-Service-Training program supplies students with on-the-job training opportunities and mentorship by experienced professionals. Through this training, they acquire the practical experience required to comply with the formal qualification requirements.

Learnership

As practical experience through on-the-job training programs has been found to be an extremely efficient way of learning, Trans-Africa Projects offers learners interested in the Engineering and Built environment a work-based Learnership program which leads to an NQF (National Qualification Framework) registered qualification. The Trans-Africa Projects Learnership program will provide the necessary skills and work experience required to equip the students for future employment opportunities.

Engineers-in-Training and Technicians-in-Training

Through the Engineers-In-Training internship program, Trans-Africa Projects is investing in Engineers and Technicians Training by creating opportunities for new graduates to acquire practical experience and prepare for their registration as professional Engineers or Technologists through the mentorship of skilled engineers and project managers.
