Requirement: To provide Design Engineering of Transmission and Sub-transmissions.
Minimum Qualifications: Solid knowledge of power delivery systems in the MV and HV field. Experience with Transmission and sub-transmission design engineering. Extensive knowledge of PLSCAD for line design and draughting. Minimum 5 years experience in Distribution and Transmission design Engineering with relevant qualifications.

| | Overhead Line Design Engineer | Office: Cape Town
Requirement: To provide technical and administrative support for the overhead line design activities.
Minimum Qualification: BSc. Eng (Civil or Mechanical). This is an entry level engineering post, but candidates with 6 months to 2 year's experience in an engineering related environment will enjoy an advantage.
Special Skills: The incumbent may be required occasionally to travel to construction sites and to perform in-field work. must have good communication skills and be able to work in a project team. Computer literate with advanced abilities in CAD (Microstation or AutoCAD), MS Word, MS Projects and MS Excel. Previous exposure in line design or construction projects will be an advantage.
